Gears of war es un tema incluido en el album "United Abominations"
Fue creado por Dave Mustaine inspirado en el video juego para XBOX del mismo nombre y forma parte de la banda sonora del mismo. En un principio, grabado sin voz para el juego, se le añadio después, por lo q la versión del juego es instrumental.

Ah!!! Y añado las tabs del video en un archivo jpg. Asi podréis juntarlas, imprimirlas, seguirlas desde la pantalla... LO QUE QUERÁIS!!

Con motivo del lanzamiento del videojuego y la participación de Mustaine en la banda sonora del mismo, Dean Guitars, la marca que patrocina a Dave, lanzó uno de sus modelos "Flying V" decorada para la ocasión. Ésta guitarra está puesta a la venta al público por un precio aproximado de 1110€.
